Yes, reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid disappointment. Private tours should also be booked as far in advance as possible. If you need help with reservations, or planning your visit, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Our tours begin from our office in Mitropolitou Kirilou 10, which you can find a link on our web page. Your confirmation email will include the meeting point and important additional information as well.

We prefer to accommodate up to 6 persons, in order to enjoy the ride safely.

Due to time-constraints, we do not visit the inside of buildings during our tours. The idea of our City Tour is to give a comprehensive orientation to the city so you can then choose where you would like to visit more in depth on your own after the tour.

We have helmets suitable for all sizes for clients who wish to wear one. Helmets are required by law for children.

Families and kids are always welcome. Even though, we suggest you to inform us if kids are going to join our tour. Some of our tours are in traffic roads and we want to ensure that all of you will have a safe experience.

Bicycle Tours: The youngest a person can be to go on one of our bicycle tours is 13 years old and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. All participants must be over 1,5 m tall.

Ideally we like everyone to arrive 15 minutes before a tour starts. We endeavour to get underway on time, so we appreciate it if you can try to keep to the allotted tour time. If you are running late please call us to let us know and we will do our best to hold up the tour for a reasonable period of time.

Normally the weather in Chania is not rainy. All of our tours run shine. We encourage all guests to consult the weather forecast and plan your dress accordingly. Sun cream is essential. In rare case of rain you can decide if you will join the ride or not.
